With over 25 years of experience across executive search, consulting, and professional services, she blends sharp business thinking with unmatched rigour. A Chartered Professional Accountant and former senior leader in financial services, telecom, and HR consulting, Amanda knows that hiring isn’t just about people—it’s about performance.
She leads Persuit Group’s work across financial and professional services, insurance, private wealth, and family office, guiding clients through high-stakes leadership decisions with clarity, candour, and speed. She doesn’t just fill roles—she builds leadership capacity that drives strategic growth.
Amanda holds a BBA from the Schulich School of Business, where she helped found the Schulich Women’s Network. She leads the HR team as a Board Member of the Empire Club of Canada, sits on the Steering Committee at Versafi, and actively supports the 30% Club and the Black Professionals Association. She was awarded the Transformational Leadership Award and has been nominated for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, RBC Women of Influence, and Women Empowerment Awards.
